Had the weekend to kill and was looking for where the locals eat. This is not a sitdown restaurant, what it is is a small seafood market that supplies restaurants around the area. They also do a boil for takeout only. I got the crawfish and some shrimp, with potatoes and corn. I was temped to try the crab, but I can only eat so much. The food was awesome. Robert the owner was super friendly and informative, Dallas and Lawrence who work there were friendly and courteous. Over all I would say it was a great experience. Great food, good prices and a friendly atmosphere. As a side note location provided on Google Maps is wrong. They are located between the hospital and the lake. A small building on the left headed out of town. Dont let looks deceive you, yes it is an old gas station but it is truly a diamond in the rough.

The best crawfish ever eaten! The owner was so nice and friendly! While eating, we had a great conversation with her! Thank you! We will come back whenever we are in the area

Best Seafood In Morgan City.. Dallas cooks on Sunday's and he sprinkles a tad bit of extra Love in his. Overall great place, prices, and BEST CRAWFISH HANDS Down... I come to Craws and Claws all the way frim Mississippi almost every weekend during the summer...

We got crawfish & crabs & they were delicious! Just enough spice to give it a good kick without setting your face on fire. The potatoes & corn were tasty & tender. We'll be back!

The employees haven't been nice to me at all but the crawfish were so very good. I'm giving 5 stars because I'm judging on their good food alone. I suppose owner probably doesn't know his employees aren't nice to customers.

Lots of fresh seafood, priced very reasonably. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable about the product, easy going, and they have a great sense of humor that makes you feel right at home. The owners are hands-on, and health and safety conscious.
